Vice President of the Board
DeLontae Jenkins
DeLontae Jenkins is the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) Deployed System Manager for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). DeLontae manages a team who is responsible for ensuring all software and hardware updates to the JPSS Ground System are properly developed, factory tested, deployed, and functionally checked prior to transitioning to operations. DeLontae graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School and received a bachelor’s in computer science from Bowie State University. DeLontae’s interest in aerospace begin 2001 while attending Bowie State University, since then DeLontae has held positions with National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in Greenbelt working on the James Webb Space Telescope Program, John Hopkins Applied Physics Lab on the New Horizon Program, and NOAA also as part of the Geostationary Satellite System Program. DeLontae also has held positions within the Federal Government as the Ground System Engineer for the Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership and the Joint Polar Satellite System Programs. DeLontae is a devoted family member and enjoys exercising and supporting Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball in his free time.
Executive Director
Gloria Westbrook
Gloria is a native Washingtonian, Event Planner, and advocate for quality healthcare and access and opportunities for underrepresented youth. Gloria currently serves an Executive Project Coordinator for Kaiser Permanente's Corporate Office, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations, activities, and events of several executives and their staff which consist of over 500 plus employees through the Mid-Atlantic Region. Gloria's 23-year career as an Operations Manager, Executive Administrator, and Event Planner has made her well versed within all administrative functions, to include but not limited to human resources, service enhancement and expansion, operational effectiveness, records management, complex meeting scheduling and logistic planning, marketing, contract negations, on-site event management, conference planning and coordination, and talent management. Gloria has held a variety of high-level positions for Government Officials within the federal and district governments. She spent six years at the Department of Health and Human Services as a Special Events, Scheduler and Outreach Coordinator for the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health, Special Assistant to the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary and Chief Medical Officer, and the Special Assistant to the Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of Women's Health. She also served as the Executive Assistant for the CEO at HR Policy Association, Operations Manager and Regional Account Manager for Pinkerton Government Services, Senior Program Assistant for the Computer Science and Telecommunication Board at the National Academies of Sciences. She also served as an Executive Assistant to the Director for the Office of Youth Programs and the Director of the Department of Employment Services. Gloria graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts and received a full scholarship to the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She has a passion for the arts and volunteering with organizations that help underrepresented youth succeed. In her limited spare time, she loves caring for others, entertaining, traveling, and attending sporting events. She is a cherished family member and loyal friend to many; quality time with her loved ones especially her son, Laurence and granddaughter Lotus is so important to her. Gloria has a huge heart for everyone; she believes that devoting time to get to know someone and lending a helping hand to all can create memorable moments that can last forever. Most importantly, such moments can possibly change someone's life for the better.

Terri Matthews
Terri Matthews is a renowned serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and keynote speaker with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She is internationally recognized for her exceptional ability in organizational design, strategic business planning, and business operations, earning her multiple awards throughout her career. Growing up with parents who struggled with substance abuse, Terri developed a passion for fixing broken things, starting with herself. She shattered the cycle and created successful brands by thinking creatively and rebuilding outside of the box. Terri not only helps organizations solve problems with her business acumen and operations expertise but also invests in and mentors women entrepreneurs to make a long-lasting impact. She is a game-changer in any industry and a valuable asset to anyone she works with. Whether it's building businesses, strategizing public policy, producing Emmy-nominated TV shows, or delivering powerful speeches that ignite the stage, Terri excels in her endeavors. Global leaders seek Terri's expertise, and her reputation as a sought-after speaker at conferences and events worldwide is a testament to her impact. Her engaging storytelling and thought-provoking insights continue to inspire and motivate audiences. Albert Soler
Albert is a Partner in the New York office of Scarinci in the Entertainment, Sports, Media, Intellectual Property, and litigation practice group and is the co-chair of the intellectual property litigation practice. Albert represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including litigation, intellectual property, corporate & business law, entertainment, sports, fashion, music, and television, licensing, defamation, and more. Albert has had the pleasure of counseling a variety of clients in many industries, including established businesses, start-ups, sports stars, music and hip-hop icons, mixed martial artists, celebrity fashion designers, product manufacturers, artists, actors, and more. Prior to forming Soler Legal LLC, Albert was a litigator at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York. Albert’s practice included corporate, commercial and securities litigation, as well as investigations by governmental and regulatory agencies. Albert is also at the forefront of blockchain technologies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and related practice areas. Albert is also the founder of Beat Street Entertainment (BSE), record label Beat Street Music Group, and the “Got Beats® Music & Entertainment Conference,” the premier music and entertainment conference on the law and business of music. Albert is regularly featured as a legal analyst on television and radio programs, and a frequent speaker on expert panels, symposiums, and a variety of industry events Albert received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997 and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003 and is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania bars.

Victor Roy
Drawing on more than 30 years of investing and wealth planning experience, Victor Roy leads a team that crafts comprehensive wealth management solutions for successful entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, industry associations and charitable foundations. Vic prides himself on building trusting relationships that endure for decades, and on cultivating a strong sense of community among his clients. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Vic is able to help his clients navigate both the public and private markets. He works to craft highly customized investment strategies based on each client’s unique goals, and to provide the context they need to make informed decisions about their financial life. A designated Morgan Stanley Global Sports and Entertainment Director, he has the demonstrated knowledge and experience to address the unique needs of those who make their living in the spotlight. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in finance, Vic began his career in 1990 at Merrill Lynch, where he spent eight years. He moved to Morgan Stanley to become a Senior Financial Consultant in 1998, then on to UBS in 2009. He and his team returned to Morgan Stanley to join Private Wealth Management in 2022. Highly active in his community, Vic volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club and sits on the board of the Brian Westbrook Foundation. He is a proud supporter of his alma mater, the Dematha Catholic School, and is committed to funding transformative scholarship opportunities for current students. Vic and his wife, and high school sweetheart, Marlee, have three children, Ryan, Amanda and Ashley, and two dogs, Simba and Sandy.

Christopher Morello
Chris is a Partner and lead financial counselor with myCIO, where he has been since September 2006, providing financial planning & investment advisory services to senior corporate executives and ultra‐high net worth individuals. Areas of specialization include executive benefit planning, estate and philanthropic planning and insurance planning. He is also responsible for managing and growing the firms Sports & Entertainment division. In addition to working with individual clients, Chris routinely oversees and administers group educational seminars on various financial topics including, general financial planning, investment management, retirement planning as well as specific company benefits. Chris earned his designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner in 2011 and as a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) in 2022. He completed the Charles Schwab Executive Leadership Program in 2019 and in 2021 became registered with the NFLPA as a Registered Player Financial Advisor. Prior to working with myCIO, Chris spent several years as Director of Underwriting at 1934 Group, an Estate Planning & Life Insurance firm in Berwyn, PA. Outside the office, Chris is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and is devoted father to Ben, Jude and Grace and husband to Liz.

Dr. Wesley Proctor
Dr. Wesley Proctor currently serves as the Executive Administrator and Youth Pastor of Victory Christian Center of Philadelphia, Inc. In addition, he serves as Assistant Teaching Professor at Villanova University in the Department of Public Administration. He is also the Founder and CEO of Wesley Proctor Ministries, Inc., which is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to academic and spiritual excellence. He is very passionate about mentoring because he is able to positively impact another person’s life by sharing his resources along with helping small businesses (more specifically, nonprofit organizations) with their paperwork. Also, it is his desire to see his community uplifted through academic, social and biblical principles.
